The term ‘Armour Motor Products Ltd’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered address is 784 Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH9 2SH. The term ‘you’ refers to the customer, user or viewer of our website.
Products and services
It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products and services available through this website meet your specific requirements.
All products are supplied with a recommendation that fitting should be undertaken by a person with competent mechanical skills.
Placing an order for goods on our website indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
All communication to you from us will be addressed to your email address as supplied when you register (or subsequently edit) an account, or checkout as a guest. If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing an order please contact us immediately. We will not be responsible if you should fail to receive emails sent to the email address you provide.
When you place an order you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order. Please check that all details are correct and if not please contact us immediately.
Whilst all products are offered for sale in good faith there may be occasions where for reasons beyond our control we may not be able to fulfil your order. Therefore a sales agreement will only exist between yourself and Armour Motor Products Ltd when you receive an email from us confirming that the status of your order has been updated to 'Order Accepted'.
All orders will typically be sent within 48 hours following receipt of payment with the following exceptions:
Items that are being made or obtained specially.
Armour Motor Products Ltd shall not be responsible for any delays in the delivery of goods caused by our carrier or their agents.
Order cancellations and refunds
If for any reason you decide to cancel your order then you must notify us within 14 days from the day after the products are received. Cancellations will not be accepted after this time.
You may not cancel orders for any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification.
If you cancel your order after the products have been sent then all items must be returned to us unused and as new in their original packaging. Returned products must be received by us within 30 days from the day after the products are received.
We will not give refunds if you have given an incomplete or incorrect address, or the wrong post / area code. Please double check this when you order.
For United Kingdom and European Union customers, delivery costs will be refunded at the lowest rate available at the time the products were ordered.
Delivery costs will not be refunded for customers outside of the United Kingdom and European Union.
Before returning items you must complete the appropriate details on the Product Returns page. We will then contact you to inform you of what to do next.
All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, account number, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return.
Please note that you shall be responsible for all delivery costs when returning items unless the products received are not as ordered, are damaged at the time they are delivered by the carrier or, they are faulty.
Proof of posting and appropriate insurance should be obtained for all returns.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered to us.
Damaged or late returns may be refused. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You shall be responsible for all delivery charges for items returned to us for repair under warranty.
Export from the UK
Import duties and import taxes are not included in the item price or delivery costs. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase:
Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you take delivery of the goods. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
Please be aware we will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs declaration forms.
Please allow a realistic time for delivery.
We regret we cannot refund postage or import duties if goods prove unsuitable.
When returning items please mark the parcel 'Returned to UK Supplier Under Warranty' as otherwise Customs Duty may be charged.
